I am confused in present indefinit

Subject+Present form of main verb+Object. Example- He eats rise. He does the work.

I want answer only with rule

where I put s and es in with singular and plural that is my big problem

sub + main verb(V1) + object. we use this tense for daily activities, hobbies and habbits, universal truths, routine works, general activities.... ex..I play cricket everyday he watches movies the sun rises in the east water boils at 100 degree Celsius. we go for a walk daily...etc..
